The company is expanding its business into the plant-based meat market by using its proprietary high-moisture meat analogue (HMMA) manufacturing technology.
By the first six months of 2023, it plans to invest 18 billion won to construct a dedicated facility with an annual production capacity of 1,800 tons.
Based on this agreement, the two companies will establish a mutual cooperation system to achieve long-term growth and advancement in the plant-based meat and vegan sectors.
